Shrink fit chuck suitable to all inductive shrink fit units.
Low cutting forces at highest rpm are characterizing the micro machining (die & mold, medical engineering, micro mechanical engineering). The slim and short design of the all new HSK–E25 series from HAIMER - which is well known from the HAIMER Mini Shrink tool holders – is perfectly suitable for the requirements of micro machining.
- No disturbing edges, also jobs difficult to access are penetrable
- Highest runout accuracy: < 0.003 mm
- Ideal to shrink with the HAIMER Power Clamp Nano

- Mini Shrink Toolholders (Ø 3 - 12) in two different lengths

- 1. High runout accuracy (< 0.003 mm)
- 2. Extreme clamping torque by high pressing in the clamping bore
- 3. Very slim design with 3° contour – for jobs difficult to access
- 4. Standard with 3 mm wall thickness and extra slim with 1,5 mm wall thickness
